When it comes to motivation, February can be one tough month. It's cold, we’re missing that vitamin D and winter has begun to drive us a bit nutty. This month causes so many of us to lose the verve we had at the beginning of January. The fitness goals we set get softened and the good intentions we had seem to shift. So how can you stay motivated and keep personal goals on track? On those sunny days in February get out and start moving. Ski, skate, toboggan with the kids. The key to fighting the February blahs is tapping into that childlike spirit inside you. Get your mojo flowing by stimulating your body. MOVE.

TAB stresses fun as the key to a good fitness program. Good vibes keep you happy, and provide consistency. The Tabbies around you will definitely feed you the motivation to stick to your goals.

POWER OF MOVEMENT
The Power of Movement is Canada's Largest Yoga Fundraiser founded to raise money for arthritis and related autoimmune disease research. TAB has been asked to form a team to help with this event. If anyone is interested in becoming a part of this worthy cause please contact Rhonda immediately.
     
TAB Policy for 7:30p classes.
January definitely brought new and old back to TAB, and it is so great to see and feel the energy of everyone in the room. But, We have to cap the energy load to 12. In order to avoid disappointment, send us a quick text or email to indicate you will be coming to class. If we receive 12 requests before 6:00pm, we will post a class full sign on the schedule. If you do not do an early sign in and there is not a sign posted please feel free to drop in. But come early to guarantee your spot.
