One last hurrah, then get back to your routine! Summer is passing so quickly but there is still time to enjoy all that the beautiful weather has to offer. In these last weeks few weeks of the summer holiday, enjoy the outdoors, family and being active without weather restrictions! Swim, jog, play in the park. Throw a frisbee, play soccer or baseball with the kids; just enjoy.

As TAB gets back to its regular routine we are pleased to announce the addition of new classes!

Lole Summer Sale


LegXurious does more than focus on the strength of your larger beauty muscles like quads, glutes and hamstrings. In just a half hour it dives into the stabilizing muscles in the hip flexors, deep rotators in the glutes, abductors, adductors, and soleus muscles.

Class Levels
TAB’s goal is to provide each client with the opportunity to progress.

From today, we will begin to assign levels of difficulty to our classes to help build a fitness trajectory for Tabbies old and new. Everyone gets an opportunity to grow and improve no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

Starting with Level One, newer individuals can develop proper technique and body awareness, and greatly decrease risk of injury.

All classes will still have momentum and appropriate challenges but will move at paces that allow the body to adjust and move safely.

If you’ve been training with us for a bit, up your level. As the levels increase, be prepared for more acceleration in pace, intensity and fresh challenges!

So no more excuses; you can get started today! :D



Effective August 1, 2014, the price for a drop-in class session will be $20.

Self Defense
In case you haven’t heard, we have an opportunity to hold a self defence class with my colleague Mark Simon. For us to organize such an event we need to know if there is interest. LET US KNOW. Knowing how to use your strength at the right time could save your life!
