Lole Video
As we roll into the March Break remember what it's for—taking time to rest and recover. As I am fond of saying, rest can be active. Simply change how you usually move. This way you keep the body firing on all cylinders but give it a break from its usual stressors.

To honor this idea, try a Triple R, Body Balance, Ab Rehab, or Pilates class this month to help restore homeostasis. These classes are designed to provide the body with great feedback in its education process.

Allow yourself the opportunity to open up new techniques to build strength, flexibility and balance in your own body so it can realign and serve you better.

Add garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
