As the holiday season approaches, start that fitness routine you have been thinking about. It’s easy to think of reasons why we aren’t ready to start; or if we’ve started, why we can’t do it right now.

Here are three reasons why exercise during holiday season can be your best friend: stress, over eating, and lack of sleep.

Exercise restores homeostasis in the body and
squashes the stress of holiday shopping, party planning and family arrangements. Eating is one of my favourite things to do during holiday season. Exercise can knock out some of those extra calories.

And then settle the body and mind with some good sleep to help you function
over the break. Exercise will provide your body a reason for rest.

So instead of skipping exercise during holiday season, invest in it. It could save your holiday!

Thighs, Abs, Back, and Booty are typically the aesthetic areas that many women find especially troublesome. Joseph Pilates referred to these areas as the power house. Your power and stability stems from your center. This is essential to efficient movement of the extremities (arms and legs). When you hear doctors or physiotherapists referring to your core, they are not just referring to the abs (rectus abdominus) but rather, all the areas in your power house. TABB Special focuses on these areas.

So yes, come and work on creating perky buns, tight thighs and a flatter tummy. And know, you are also giving your body the power and stability it needs to
be more efficient!
