It's that tricky time of year for weather again. While you may wonder if it's really going to get warmer, your desire to get out of hibernation is definitely heating up!

While you wait to start your favourite outdoor activities, build strength in your body with classes at TAB! Going from nothing to full-guns-blazing is a perfect recipe for injury, so before you take out that tennis racquet, make your first golf swing, or run after a long season, prepare that body for action. Let's get strong now!

Why strength? The benefits are many. As we mature, our muscle mass decreases and it's to our benefit to maintain and improve the mass we have, especially if you're a woman. Strong muscles mean better posture, more endurance, and of course, the muscle tissue will drive out the fat tissue waiting to replace it!

Improve at your own pace as you push your strength to your limit. This is a must-have in your class regimen.
