TIME TO BE GRACIOUS, time to be giving.

The season of Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to reflect on all of the things that are good and meaningful in your life. But it is also a time to appreciate valuable lessons and see opportunities that can help to make our lives more fulfilling. During this beautiful fall season enjoy family and friends and if you receive a blessing this month, pay it forward. It feels amazing!

Three years ago one of the most exhilarating classes at TAB was born! It has since been featured on Global TV and has grown a diehard following of TABBIES who believe in the power of the bounce.

TAB.O.LEAN’s many benefits include:

Injury prevention
Rebounding apparati help strengthen the back and core musculature. Plus the rebounders reduce impact forces by 80%!

Muscles, Bones, and Joints
Acceleration and deceleration strengthens and lengthens muscles and joints. Jumping increases bone density and decreases risk of fracture.

Lymphatic System
Rebounding is a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system and strengthen immunity. The gravitational pull experienced while jumping is key to releasing toxins from this area.

Balance and Coordination
Becoming aware of one’s centre of gravity is essential for the trampoline. The rebounder flexes in all directions, so one’s centre is challenged leading to improved balance, posture and coordination.

Weight Loss
The cardiovascular benefits are endless! This class provides afterburn: Calories are still being burned even when your class is over.

The Nervous System
As with every class at TAB, we will try to get you out of autopilot and get you thinking more about what you are doing with your body during activity. TAB.O.LEAN, is definitely not an acception.

You will definitely need your pelvic floor muscles during this work out. Gravity challenges these muscles on the way down. Rebounding on the trampoline can actually help strengthen these muscles.

Stress Relief and Fun!
Doing something that is fun and positive can’t thelp but have an amazing effect on your overall wellbeing. The jumping does take you back to when you were young. You feel so alive afterwards.

Where was TAB this month?
We were at the Humbercrest centennial celebration making little ones smile, and spreading the good word about health and wellness!

A special thanks to Annelle Weiner for assisting!

Let this Thanksgiving be one that surrounds you with the love of family and friends. Let this time of year give you an opportunity to look at yourself and your personal accomplishments. Be grateful for the opportunities and blessings you have received in your life.

My challenge for you this month is not a physical one, but a community one. If you receive a blessing, consider paying it forward.
